Market USA Hosts Its First Community Shred Day

In October 2025, Market USA Federal Credit Union proudly hosted its first-ever Community Shred Day, bringing together members, volunteers, and neighbors for a day focused on security, sustainability, and community support.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to the Market USA associates who volunteered their time to make the event a success. Their dedication ensured a smooth, safe, and welcoming experience for everyone who attended.

We’re also deeply grateful to the members of our community who contributed food and monetary donations during the event. Your generosity directly supports The Elizabeth House in Laurel, MD—helping provide meals and essential assistance to local families in need.

Given the success of this year’s event, we anticipate making Community Shred Day an annual tradition, and we expect it to grow each year as more members of the community join us in supporting meaningful causes.
