• Three-month waiting period for subsequent Fresh Start Loans (limit 4 per year)
• The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is 18%
• A $30 non-refundable fee is due at time of application
• A minimum monthly payment of $100 is required
• Other Market USA accounts must be in good standing
