At Market USA, we’re committed to supporting our community, not just financially, but in meaningful, hands-on ways. This year, with funding from the Market USA Cares Foundation, we were proud to partner with Bollman Bridge Elementary School in Savage, MD, to provide fully stocked backpacks for local families in need.
Our staff volunteers came together to assemble backpacks filled with essential school supplies, making sure students are equipped to start the school year with confidence. From notebooks and pencils to folders and crayons, every detail was covered so that each child has the tools they need to succeed in the classroom.
We know that investing in our community’s future begins with supporting our youngest learners. When children have the resources they need, they’re better prepared to learn, grow, and thrive. That’s why initiatives like our backpack drive are so important — they help level the playing field for students who might otherwise begin the school year at a disadvantage.
We’d like to extend a heartfelt thank-you to our dedicated volunteers for giving their time and energy to this project. Special thanks also go to Bollman Elementary and Ms. Brianna Yershunas for welcoming us into their school community and partnering with us to make this effort possible.
Together, we’re helping to make a difference — one backpack at a time.
