e-Statements allow you to review your account activity in a fast, safe, secure and easy way. Now you can better manage your finances without waiting for paper statements to be mailed to you. You can also retrieve your last two years of e-statements from anywhere online, anytime, and for FREE!
You can enroll in e-Statements by logging into Online Banking or the Mobile App. From there, simply access the e-Statements menu and follow the prompts to enroll. You will receive an email and you will need to activate your email address within 7 days.
To set up an e-Alert, access the Messages and Alerts menu from within Online Banking or the Mobile App. From there, select the desired account, and then select the alert you wish to set up. Once you set up and save the details of the alert, be sure to slide the bar to the right so that you see a green bar, indicating that the alert is turned on.
With Alerts, you can set up options to receive email or text notifications for certain events - such as having a loan payment due, changing your password, or receiving a secured message. We are working to add additional Alerts such as balance change and transaction size alerts.
