We're Phasing Out PayPal in Online & Mobile Banking. Please Use Popmoney to Send and Receive Funds!

Within the next few weeks, PayPal will no longer be available in Online and Mobile Banking. Instead, you can log into our Bill Pay service and use Popmoney to pay anyone, anywhere! All you need is the recipient's name and email address or mobile phone number. It's a quick, easy and secure way to send and receive funds directly from your account. A Market USA checking account is required to access Popmoney.

  • How to send funds through Popmoney
  • Log into Online or Mobile Banking
  • Click Bill Pay on the menu bar
  • Click the Popmoney tab
  • Enter the name, email or mobile phone number, amount, and any personal message
  • Popmoney will send a notification to the recipient via email or mobile phone. This notification will include instructions on how to retrieve their payment.

Important Information About Stimulus Payments

Congress recently passed the American Rescue Plan to provide further relief and assistance to millions of Americans who may still be struggling with the financial devastation of COVID-19. Most individuals and couples who filed taxes last year will receive their payments first through direct deposit. If the checking account used for your taxes has since been closed or has changed, the payment will bounce back to the IRS, who will then send a paper check to the address on file. Please note that once your payment has been processed, you cannot change your account information.

As with the last two rounds of stimulus payments, information on the status of individual checks can be found through the IRS's Get My Payment tool.

Deposit Your Stimulus Check with Mobile Check Deposit

If you have a Market USA checking account and received your stimulus payment through the mail, you can deposit your check through Mobile Check Deposit*.

  • How to use Mobile Check Deposit
  • 1. Log into the new Market USA Mobile App
  • 2. Select Mobile Deposit from the menu
  • 3. Review the endorsement requirements and click OK
  • 4. Write "For e-deposit only at Market USA" under your signature
  • 5. Select the account to which you are deposit the check
  • 6. Enter check amount
  • 7. Use the check front and check back buttons to take a picture of your check
  • 8. Submit
  • 9. To view the status of your Mobile Deposit, select the History Tab
  • 10. Once a check has been approved, your account will be credited in real time

Please note that all check payees must be owners on the account to which funds are deposited.

Find an ATM to Deposit Cash or Checks

If you need to deposit cash or checks and are not located near a Market USA branch, you can make deposits at specific ATMs in the CO-OP Shared Branch Network.

  • To find an ATM near you, follow these simple steps:
  • 1. From the home page, click Advanced Search under ATM/Branch Locator
  • 2. On the next screen, click the Advanced Search tab
  • 3. Enter the zip code or street address
  • 4. Under Filter Results on the right, check "Take Deposit" under ATM and click Search
  • 5. You will see a list of local ATMs that accept cash and/or check deposits

If you have a Market USA auto or personal loan, and are looking to save on your monthly expenses, you may be eligible to use our new FlexPay program! With a few easy clicks, you can extend the term and lower your monthly payments - the entire process is completed securely online. Your current loan information will already be pre-filled on the FlexPay screen. You can adjust the dial until you find the term and monthly payment that fits your needs.
